You can see that she is singing away in her picture! Abby has come so far in her time here, but now it's time for her to bloom in her forever home. I was very anxious to see how she did when Grandma came to visit for Thanksgiving, and while she was skittish the first two days, she went right back to normal after that. She is still shy around all but foster mom, but is making progress every day with her foster dad and kids. Abby Jo loves the other pups in the house and plays like a puppy with them and with toys. The perfect home for her would be a female home with another pup or more, but I think she would also be fine with a couple. We never know about our pups, but I believe she would bond more with the female of the house.

Abby is still afraid of storms - she knows when they are coming and is a great weather predictor! Luckily for her since she is being fostered in upstate NY - she loves the snow. We had an inch or two the other day and the pups wanted out constantly!

Abby was in a breeding situation for a long time, and while she still is a work in progress learning to trust, it's an honor to spend the time with her watching her figure out freedom. She is a heartbreaker for sure! Santa - as her foster mom - please consider Abby Jo's request and sprinkle magic dust on her forever family so that they find her at PMR!
