"Wizzer"  is a male Shih-tzu who is 3-5 years old he weighs 11 pounds and has funny knees....we will take a look and see if we can fix them for him, he was just neutered and is doing much better.

UPDATE 8/7

Wizzer had his knee surgery and is doing wonderful !  the vet Dr. Gene Fjelds said he had no groove at all since he was born so he made one for him and tightened his ligaments on one side so Wizzer should be able to walk properly and maybe even run? for the first time very soon. and guess what! his aoption is pending.

" OUCH"  

 He does stomp his feet to get your attention, he likes to talk to you and let you know he wants out or in, he is a healthy eater, and he has no preferences to male or female friends.
