Cindy Lou
I would like to tell you about a special little dog her name is Cindy Lou she is 10 yrs old and lived her entire life in a cage having babies. She never new what it was to be loved by a human, to have plenty to eat and a comfortable place to lay her tried body down.
She is still afraid of people and does not like to be handled, loves for me to pet her as long as I remember don’t pick her up. We call her Maxine some days. But that is in love.

Her life now is full of wonderment. She stays by my side were ever that might be in the house. If I am at the computer then it is on a rug, In the living room she has her on bed. At night she is always the first to get in bed. She know it is time for her vitamin, they all think it is a treat and to she her so excited will bring joy to your heart.

She loves to chew rawhide bones and chew sticks. Her favorite past time on pretty days is sunning in the front yard. If I leave to go anywhere, you can be sure that she and her siblings are waiting on the front porch for me to get back. They all come off the porch and Cindy her little fat body out runs the pack to get to the front corner and then she will run down the fence as we come up the drive. That is my favorite part. When you get in the house well she is there to greet you. She just shakes and jumps and she will check everybody that came in to make sure who is who and you better not between me and her she will just get beside herself. We have Cindy on Rymidal now and she will get up in the morning and play with the girls that is the cutest sight.

She is a daddy girl as long as he has food. I get a kick out of how she works that man. She will not have anything to do with him but as soon as he starts cooking well let me tell you she is right there. Bacon eggs pancakes hot dogs whatever is on the menu she knows that there is tidbits in it for her. She just can’t let Aunt Gail or me know about it cause dad gets in trouble. Still has not figured out why he will come and stay awhile and then he just leaves.

Please don’t be freighted that they are not housebroken and that they have never been in a home. That was not there choice but given a chance they will do there best to make up for it. Some are scared and tired. Others well they are just so full of love and excitement.

There is not enough space here and words to fill it. You have to experience the reward that you get from a puppymill dog. To see them change and except the new things in there life will touch your life and give it a whole new meaning Rain, snow, grass, sunshine, laying on the couch, are things that we take for granted. Until we see it through new eyes.
