Linus is home!!!!!!

Hi. My name is Linus and I'm 7 years old. I have lived all my life in a Wisconsin puppymill with 1700 other dogs. It was horrible there. I never saw the vet. I never had enough to eat. I never had fresh water. I was cold in the winter. I was hot in the summer. Nobody loved me. I didn't even have a name. All I had was a number tattooed in my ear. Then one day this nice lady, Terri picked me up because they said I was no longer needed. She took me to the doctor and I got all my shots, neutered and they pulled 21 of my teeth because they were infected. Then she took me to her house for fostering and told me that one day I would have my very own forever family. She was right. There was a family that wanted me. My new family lived in Virginia and my dad flew to Minnesota to bring me home. I was the only dog on the plane and I sat right next to my new daddy. Everybody told me what a good boy I was and how happy they were that I had a new home. Mom picked me and dad up from the airport. I was so excited. I was going home. Boy was I surprised when I got there. They have dogs that look just like me. They also have a cat. Plus, there is food in the dish and water in the bowl. I have my own bed and lots of toys. I have a family who loves me. After 7 long years in the mill, I'm finally home.
Thank you Jean, Terri, John, Theresa and everybody else at puppymillrescue.com for bringing our little boy home.
