Mona

To everyone in the PMR Family,

In April 2002 a group of PMR supporters were attending the Protest March in Harrisburg. Over the weekend someone mentioned that Mona, a Black and Tan Pomeranian, had been waiting for a home for quite some time. Mona was shy, had few teeth and was 13 years old. Naturally, that conversation ran through my mind more than once riding home to Massachusetts. I wasn't home long before I filled out the adoption application.

One year ago today, I drove down to Cindy's house in NJ and picked up my little Mona. She has come back to life here with her new doggie family, Mikey, Ben and Tubby. Mona runs around the yard like a puppy.
Good food, lots of love and PMR's untiring efforts have have given my Mona a new life.
